I love Fit Culture! I’ve never been one to go to a gym and lift weights but I knew that strength training had been missing from my work out regimen. I had seen the results from other friends who were Fit Culture fans so I finally made the leap and haven’t looked back since. Participating in Fit Culture has been transformational. I’ve never felt better. Joey and his team are great and super supportive. On top of it all I love connecting with my community during class (I always see someone I know). It’s fun, always changing and very doable with my schedule (45 minutes and I’m done). Fit Culture is perfect for all levels and ideal if you’re really ready to get fit and feel good. Go for it!
